5 Minutes More

My Baby Boy turns 5 today. That is insane. I remember the exact moment he was born. I remember every detail of his birth. I look at him and wonder, where did the time go? Weren't you just that sweet, little, chubby faced baby that insisted on kissing me every two seconds? You are sweet, and lovable and one of the most affectionate kids I know. You are also the most stubborn, and pig headed too. You are defiant and sassy and most of the time refuse to do what you are told. You get that from your Father! ;) You are funny, and you love your Buzz and Woody. You blow kisses and say "I love you" at least 10 times as I am walking away from you at preschool. You skip, and hop all the time, and the amount of energy you have never ceases to amaze me. Your smile is contagious and the things you say ("Well that sucks!") cracks me up. Happy 5th Birthday my Baby Boy..I love you to the moon and back!

Love Potion Number 9

Little Dude is 9 months old today! He now has 4 teeth. The 2 top middle teeth have now come in at the same time. His buck tooth smile is so cute! They are doing a number on him though. He has had massive blowouts all week! He is not crawling yet, but still rolling. He's a steam rolling machine. He has developed such an attitude, which makes us laugh. When he gets mad, he kicks hits and screams. Already. lol. When he doesn't want you near him he will try to slap your face. He does this quite often to the other kids because they like to get in his face. He is constantly trying to follow the other boys around. He wants in on what they are doing. He is still nursing, and has taken to biting me. This mostly results in me tapping his face and telling him no, which turns into the largest booboo lip and ear piercing scream. lol He is fascinated with cords and anything that can go in his mouth. He has moved into the boy's room now. That has worked out better then I thought it would. They don't wake up for nothing, so his crying doesn't bother them. Daddy now takes him to bed around 9 every night (after being nursed), and if he gets up more then a couple times, Daddy will also get up and rock him back to sleep. It works too because he knows Daddy doesn't have the equipment so he tends to go right back to sleep for him. I am enjoying it. I feel like I am not the only one doing it all anymore. He is such a little turkey. He signs for more, milk, and diaper change and claps his hands in excitement when we say "yaaa".
