You'll never guess what I did today?
I got all my Christmas shopping done for the boys.
Yes, done. Well with the big stuff anyways. I always wait till last minute to do stockings and their yearly ornaments. But the big stuff is done.
Now I am waiting on Girly. See she is harder. She likes to make her list and tell us what she wants. She has to hoo and haaa over every catalog, and decide what items she wants the most, what she likes the most, and what she wouldn't be caught dead adding to her list. Then of course I have to go over the list and tell her "Hon, that item is way to expensive for Santa to bring you. It wouldn't be fair for him to get you such a big gift and not every other child in the world." LOL In other words, we don't have that much money!! LOL
But I think this year will be different. I think this will be the year she finds out what every parent dreads their child finding out. Yep, you all know what I mean. I think this will be the year she realizes we are Santa. Last year we had long, long conversations about the subject, but managed to avoid actually having to tell her. But I think she knows. She's just not saying. I am trying to come up with an easy way of saying it, but in the process, letting her bring up the subject. I am just surprised, with all her little friends saying things about Santa not being real, that she actually still believed. She always just told me they were stupid and Santa really is real!! LOL
Come on, give me some suggestions here!!!!
Uncouth: 1. Crude; unrefined. 2. Awkward or clumsy; ungraceful. 3. Archaic Foreign; unfamiliar. I'm only crude, unrefined and ungraceful when I have nothing better to say!

Can I get an EASY button?
Man oh man. It has been crazy around here. Non-stop. Like a dog trying to catch his fricken tail. Run, run, run. Lets see. Girly started school. Girly started soccer. Got a big fricken check in the mail. Paid off major debt. Bought tickets to go home for Turkey Day and see our families. Already bought and paid for Halloween costumes and some Christmas gifts (yes I am sick and am already thinking of Christmas, but since it will be taken care of in Sept. I have all the rest of the year to not worry about buying gifts! LOL) Oh and Daddy got a new car. Yah, and what am I gonna get you ask?? hahahahahaha. Don't know. Probably nothing. But hopefully my long awaited 6th tattoo. Yes. I still have yet to get Baby Boy's name engraved into my skin. Some people may say I am sick. But the more I think of another tattoo, the more eager I am to get it. It's an addiction I tell ya! The buzz and hum of a tattoo gun makes me giddy. I am CHOPPZS and I am a tattooaholic.

Lots of pictures
To start off, I present you with the reformed Wholly Mammoth Crazy Boy.
Yesterday we went to a little carnival doo-dad that was sponsored by the library summer reading program. The kids had fun!
Now these two pictures are just to show you that my boys really are two evil peas in a pod. Their facial expressions are so similar, and they scream "I may look sweet and innocent but"... Does anyone see the horns?
Girly Girl has joined soccer. This is her with her new soccer ball, and her new pretty, pink soccer cleats. The uniform is from last year. We are not yet sure of her team name or colors.
And last, but not least. This is the sick Baby Boy. This is the face that has kept me up for the last 3 days. I figure I have gotten a total of 9 or 10 hours of sleep in these last 3 days. I am going mad from lack of sleep. I think there has got to be an award for not killing someone when you are woken up every 1/2 hour of the night. I don't think it's just being sick that is keeping him up though. I think he may be going through a phase of wanting to be held 24/7. He doesn't necessarily want to nurse, nor does he need to be changed. He just cries until someone picks him up and rocks him back to sleep. Then when he wakes up and realizes he's back in his crib, he screams some more. Last night, I had had it. I would go in and check on him, make sure he wasn't choking, and let himself put himself back to sleep. So basically, I was up every 1/2 hour to hour making sure he was ok, sometimes replacing the nuk, and back in bed. Then of course I had Crazy Boy in my room once, looking for his lost nuk. Since he is sick too, and all stuffed up, it will fall out of mouth because he has to breathe through his mouth. Good grief. Will I survive?? LOL A better question is..Will they survive when I go crazy?? LOL

School starts soon!
10 days! 10 whole days till school starts again. We did the whole school clothes shopping this last weekend, and got Girly some nice things. 100 bucks sure doesn't go far for clothes now days does it?? LOL But she still has lots of clothes from last year that she can still wear, so it's not like she is only working with a couple outfits. Like I used to have to do when I was a kid. It was fun though.
Crazy Boy finally got his hair cut! Finally. He was starting to resemble a wholly mammoth! He sat in the chair all by himself and did sooo good. He looks like a little man with ears now!! LOL He is also going to be getting some new clothes soon, but not sure when (when we get some more extra cash!! LOL) He is in dire need of clothes for this winter. I tried to squeeze him into his pants from last winter and it just wasn't working.
Baby Boy finally got his 6 month pictures taken. I downloaded them, but for some reason blogger wont let me post them. He did really well, and actually sat up on his own for a couple of them. He is sick again, as is Crazy with a cold. Which means I am not getting squat for sleep. He is now eating up the baby food with a vengeance, but is still wanting to nurse like crazy. I tell you, after 6 months of poos strictly made of breastmilk, these babyfood poos sure are gross!! LOL I know, to much info!! We are trying a sippy cup with juice in it too. He hasn't quite figured that out yet. I figure why even try with a bottle when for 1. he wont take a bottle, and 2. we would then have to wean him off that darn thing too. So we are just gradually introducing him to the sippy cup and the juice. He's getting so big, so fast.

F**cken Terrorists
Ok, I started off writing a whole long post on the whole terrorist plot thing that happened. But frankly I couldn't type as fast as my thoughts were coming on the whole subject. Screw racial profiling. Screw prejudice. But if you have any doubts about the Muslim shits that are doing this, please take the test below. As one person commented in an article I read at abcnews.com, "Drop the damn bomb and end the shit". I have to say I agree, and I think a huge parking lot is just what America needs.
Based on actual American History Events!

Nope, ..I really don't see a pattern here to justify profiling, do you? So, to ensure we Americans never offend anyone, particularly fanatics intent on killing us, airport security screeners will no longer be allowed to profile certain people. They must conduct random searches of 80-year-old women, little kids, airline pilots with proper identification, secret agents who are members of the President's security detail, 85-year old Congressmen with metal hips, and Medal of Honor winning and former Governor Joe Foss, but leave Muslim Males between the ages 17 and 40 alone lest they be guilty of profiling.
Makes you think eh??

Don't you hate it when...
You know what really grinds my gears?? What really pisses me off? When everyone assumes that just because I am a stay at home mom, that I have it made. I will start off by saying that I love my kids to death. I would do anything and everything for them. I love staying at home with them (99% of the time). I enjoy spending time with them. But come on. I am a normal human being that craves adult interaction, time alone and sometimes, yes sometimes, I even want some peace and quiet. Why is it that people think I have it so easy?? And when I tell people that the the kids are driving me insane and I need some time, they act like I have no right to want that and even laugh it off like it's funny. Oh gosh, I stay at home with my kids. Isn't that just like being home by myself, eating bon bons and watching soaps all day?? I am like any other person with a "normal" job. I have 3 co-workers. And as with any co-workers, sometimes they get on my nerves. Sometimes they talk to much and you want to tell them just to shut up. Sometimes they whine about things that I have no control over. I also have to do my co-workers jobs for them because they can't always get it right or just need some help. But with a "normal" job, you have a boss to go to. To complain to. To go to with any problems you may be having with your co-workers. For me, I don't have anyone to complain too. And if I do complain, it's somehow not justified. I talk baby talk all day long. When I am not talking baby talk, I am trying to translate what the Boy is talking about. That entails saying and pointing to things multiple times and asking "Is that what you want?" or "Show me what you want." And when I am talking normally, in an adult voice it is usually to the oldest child and that talk is usually "No, you can't do that", or "I don't care", or "Would you please just leave me alone for an hour while the boys are sleeping?". Even people with "normal" jobs get a lunch break throughout their day AND they get to go home at the end of the day and get away from their co-workers. I am lucky if I can eat while I am changing Baby Boy's poopy diaper, trying to get the Crazy Boy out of the fridge and get him something to eat that he will actually eat, and all the while listening to Girly tattling on her brothers because of something they are doing. And my biggest pet peeve?? When people say things like "Well at least you don't have to get up and go to work every morning", or "At least you get to stay home all day." No I don't have to get up to go to work every morning because I am never off from work. I never get to leave work. I guess what I am saying is even if I am so lucky as to be able to stay at home with my kids, that doesn't mean that I have it made. That doesn't mean that what I do at home isn't hard. That doesn't mean that I don't have the right to feel swamped and frazzled. And just because I may sit in my pajamas all day, doesn't mean I haven't done anything. Usually that means just the opposite. That I have done so much that I haven't had time to take a shower and get dressed. Or possibly because I haven't gotten to all the laundry yet, and all my clothes are dirty!!! ;)

Desert Garden
This morning we took a walk up to the desert garden that the local college has set up. It has a very nice little boardwalk going through it, and it's pretty secluded and away from the busy road. So I decided to take the kids up there to roam around and look at all the desert plants. Although it was a challenge trying to keep Crazy Boy away from the cactuses that would for sure injure him if he decided to grab them!!! LOL
It's a very nice little walk. We got to see a family of owls down in the gully. I tried to get a picture, but they flew away. When we came to the end we noticed they had tried to hide in a hole for water runoff. I still couldn't get a good shot. But it was very cool to see. I think that one of them may have been the owl that visited us a few months back. He made quite a bit of racket outside in our backyard. I sure wish he would come back and catch those stinkin rats that have made a home in the tree out there!!
Where in the world is Girly Girl?? LOL Girly trying to be sneaky and hiding behind the plant.
