I have been stressing for a while. It seems like everytime I sit down to watch television, I just get this overwhelming urge to cry, scream and beat the couch with my fists. For a bit, I thought I might need some help with this deep depression I was experiencing. I was in a rut, and everyone around me wasn't helping. But now, this huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. The sun is shining, and the birds are singing for me once again! I am excited to be able to sit down and watch tv again without the overwhelming anxiety creeping up. I give any and all credit to the Lord. I feel HAPPY, I feel ALIVE!
