I'm with you on all but #6, I'd kill to live in CA...but dang girl, I'm crossing my fingers for you on the rest of it..especially the house buying thing I know what a pain it is..
Stacie
oh and your Terminex guy? Did he accept? If not, I know a girl in CT....
;)
I hate red ants.
I hate people who try to dick ya over on buying a house.
I hate the lack of money too.
I hate that my dogs are shedding but I love 'em to pieces.
I hope things work out. Keep your chin up. (and your toes covered)
I so hear you on number 10, they're all crooks.
Sorry that things are sucky right now. I really hope everything works out for ya with the house stuff.
Oh, and you're right, red ants are the WORST! I miss being able to walk around the backyard barefooted like I used to do in NJ!
Ok the nosey me is going to dive into this one. We went through Navy Fed when we bought our first house out in Carlsbad. It wasn't too bad. We couldn't a VA, because the loan was too much (before they raised Va amount.) I'm sure you're totally on top of the Military deals for loans. So i'll just stop, but you can do it. Buying a house in Cali was the hardest thing we have ever done. Escrow sucks. It's brutal. Once it's done you'll be sooooo happy. I promise.
Ok and on the Cali point...#6...I miss it soooo much.
#9 It just never ends.
#5Never have to do it again.
#3 Shih Tzus don't shed...they just have seizures when you give them Flea Medicine. LOL...lucky me.

Yah Cali sucks so big that you need to move back to MI :D heheheheh :) But you know, if we can, we'll come help with the house!!! Love ya!
IT's a good list - but you forgot the one about Detroit not making the final...
Sorry - old wounds huh? Umm... well look at it this way... ONce you buy the house... you'll uhhh... have a new house.. that's a good thing.. and uhh.. You'll have to move - and that always sucks.. soo....... but you'll know where your money is... not in your pocket.. but at least you know where it's going... that's sorta good.. i suppose..
and you'll be happy cuz you got a new home and you'll have the ammunition to tell the idiots that think you know nothing about buying a house that they can 'stuff it' just you just bought a house and if you didn't know how to buy a house how could you have just bought a house.... Uhn?? See?? ya...!!! oooh that's given' it to 'em!!
I'm always here to help... :) Always there to put things in the right perspective... albeit a warp deluded sense.. but a sense none-the-less...
Uhh... ya... what was I saying?"
*RUNS*
Money? What is that? We always seem to be lacking in that area too.
I found you via Christie :) I have to agree with much of your list. Never been to CA so don't know about that one. There is never enough money is there? and when there is someone has their hand out asking for it. VA home loan programs are a PITA but most often worth it. The house just has to be put thru the ringer. Good luck, I hope it all works out for you! Your kiddos are too cute!
